Booked fit to fly PCR for next day, did not receive results in the correct time window and had to contact as they had sent results to my wrong email. Test came back as unclear and tested negative with randox just 2 hours later. Clearly a problem on their behalf and is impossible to reach an actual person to get a refund. Terrible company that just wants your money. Use randox.
DON’T USE THIS “COMPANY”
The sample submission for a PCR test result using AssuredScreening.com was meant to provide me with a negative covid PCR test result and a fit-to-fly certificate to fly to South Africa on Sunday 19 December. I had sent the test to them in the very early morning just after midnight/ early hours of Friday 17 December. The very beginning of the Friday. As a result of not receiving these results earlier and on time, I had to cancel my flight on Sunday 19 December and rebook a new flight for last night, Monday 20 December. I had to take an emergency PCR test yesterday morning (Monday 20 December) at the airport costing £120, and pay for the emergency 3 hour result. I passed with a negative result and left at 5:30pm from Heathrow and am already in South Africa. The purpose for which I used AssuredScreening.com in my travel arrangements was a complete failure. I have only just received my test results by email now. They should refrain from offering this failure of a service to unsuspecting customers in the future. It is a travesty and has cost me a lot of money! Very very dishonest!!!
Stole My Money
Nowhere did it state that once you get the HONEY number you cannot get a refund. I ordered it, registered it, then my trip fell through. I tried to cancel next day and could not reach a human being. No phone number nothing. Left a message with their awful chat bot NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME. Keep in mind I booked this service over a week ahead of time, the company really lost nothing here but they refuse to refund me. Citing once you get the HONEY number no refunds but that wasnt mentioned ANYWHERE?! Really corrupt. If this was a hotel or airline I get it, time lost equals potential customer loss but these guys? Not even a partial refund offer. They just stole my money and didnt even respond to my multiple attempts to contact them.
Being busy is not an excuse it is just bad management.

Don't trust the good reviews, assured Screening is a scam and will take your money without providing a result in time, or at all! I know they're cheaper, but there is a reason. It;s a SCAM.

Avoid at all costs. I had booked a 2 day test after returning from amber listed country. Although the kit arrived on the correct day, the actual swab was missing, which I thought it was poor. They have not got a telephone line so you cannot contact them, only can 'talk' through an online chat with a dumb robot. They emailed me back 6 hours later and after much arguing that this was not good enough, I finally received the full kit on day 5 post arrival. The test results did not arrive until day 10. All this for a day 2 test. No apologies, no telephone number, no customer service. Worse than useless. Total scam. Giving them one star because I cannot give them zero. Do not use - you have been warned

Abysmal. Day 2 PCR test arrived on schedule, I then took the test but am still yet unable to register it online (system cannot find my records for whatever reason) hence will likely be void. Have contacted Assured Screening repeatedly on their chat system and via email (suspiciously, there is no phone no.) about this. Still no response to date, 5 days later, which given the time sensitivity of the test, is particularly appalling. Disgusted and angry. Non existent customer service.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. They are totally incompetent in my dealings with them. Poor customer services, abandoned phone line, rude live chat staff. If you book more than one test for a couple or family there is only one booking ref. If you cancel, they do not cancel the group booking but only one. So they are in fact ripping people off. I’ve lost £99 with them today as they clearly have set up their system to screw people over.

Since delivery of the sample to assured screening, 4 whole days have already passed and we still have no result! Mails are not answered. Hands off this laboratory!
Contract not fulfilled
Paid the extortionate amount for our day 2 and day 8 testing Posted day 8 and Royal Mail confirmed samples delivered 09.15 day10 . At 21.45 day 10 their website stated sample not received ! Live chats excuse was “ our sample tracker is down ! “ please give 48 hours for once we have received your sample for your results to be emailed to you “ by my calculations that will be day 12 ! ..... when I am paying £320 for this test I do not expect to have to quarantine for a further two days and I think that “ no worries “ from chat line Kevin is not an appropriate response !
